Your business files deserve clear controls.

This page explains the safeguards currently built into ZEVRION’s Business Pack flow. It is a product explanation, not a claim of a certification that ZEVRION has not obtained.

Private storage by default

Business Pack files are stored in a private bucket. Anonymous public downloads are not allowed.

Workspace-scoped access

Database and storage rules check the signed-in user and workspace membership before file records can be created or read.

Review before automation

Low-confidence classifications and uncertain fields are marked for review instead of being treated as confirmed facts.

Transparent AI processing

Relevant content may be sent to the configured AI processor for extraction. ZEVRION requests non-persistent processing and treats file content as data—not instructions.

What you control

You choose every file before it is processed.

Separate source paths. Excel, CSV, PDF, images, invoices, menus, recipes, supplier lists and sales exports each have an explicit upload path.

Visible limits. The onboarding flow accepts up to 12 files in one category upload, with a 20 MB maximum per file.

Explicit notice. Upload remains disabled until you acknowledge how the selected files will be processed.

Evidence-aware output. Extracted values retain their source and confidence so uncertain data can be reviewed.
